To check ticket availablility for Seoul..

http://ticket.interpark.com/Ticket/Goods/GoodsInfo.asp?GoodsCode=09007147

On the right, there are 2 drop down menus. Select the only option for each (top is date, bottom is showtime).

You can now see the remaining tickets Smiley The top row is standing. The next row appears to be decent seating (high priced seats) and the bottom row is for the cheaper seats. They are selling pretty well.

This will be my first GN'R show since moving out to Korea, so pretty stoked despite seeing them on every UK tour since '92 Smiley

Hints keep coming for Guns N' Roses tour

The latest clue hinting at an upcoming Guns N' Roses tour surfaced over the weekend when tickets for rumored shows in Japan apparently went on sale. In fact,  photos of tickets purchased for thoses shows have popped up on a few Guns N' Roses message boards.

As reported earlier in this space, the Japanese Web site for Guns N' Roses' label, Universal Music, is promoting two dates in Japan - Dec. 16 at the Osaka Dome and Dec. 19 at the Tokyo Dome.

The promoter for the show -- Hayashi International Promotion (H.I.P.) -- has an English-language site with information about the Japanese dates as well as a special tour site.  Guns N' Roses' official Web site  still has yet to make any announcements.

Websites have also begun promoting shows in Taiwan (Dec. 11) and South Korea (Dec. 13). Tickets for the Korea show, to take place in Seoul's Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium, will go on sale Oct. 6 according to the AllAccess.co.kr  Web site. The site also also features a promotional video for he show. A shorter, alternate  version of the video, which popped up on YouTube earlier this month, can be seen below.

So, for those keeping score,  the list of what can be considered semi-confirmed Guns N' Roses' Asian tour dates look like this:

Dec. 11 - Taipei, Taiwan @ Taipei County Stadium
Dec. 13 - Seoul, South Korea @ Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium
Dec. 16 - Osaka, Japan @ Osaka Dome
Dec. 19 - Tokyo, Japan @ Tokyo Dome

GN'R - Live in South Korea!

I have been spouting (to anybody who would listen) that GN?R would hit up Korea some time in 2009/10 (based on nothing but a gut feeling that Seoul is becoming a staple on the Asian touring circuit). It seems that I was correct.

A few weeks ago, rumours started to hit that the Chinese Democracy Tour would start in Taiwan in December, and that Japan and Korea will be included on the Asian leg of the tour.

A few days ago, advertising for the Taiwan date started to appear that makes direct reference to the the Korean show (translation here). Yesterday tickets went on sale, Japan announced their dates and now we have advertising!

GNR: A new era has begun!

« Reply #850 on: October 06, 2009, 06:36:43 PM »

My brain and also my heart tell me southamerica is next. If AC/DC sold out 2 River Plate stadiums in less than a week, GNR can do that too.

AC/DC SOLD OUT 70,000 very expensive tickets in Brazil in ONE DAY.
2nd concert to be announced.

GNR is much more known than AC/DC here in brazil, probably in argentina too

A tour here in South America would be orgasmatic.

God hear you Manets!

I hope GNR come to Brazil soon!

BUT, I think some kind of "news" from GNR staff would be very important at this precise moment of the "rumor"

Axl my friend, where are you??? We want to know!!

glad news, zweifel Lurk GNFNRS
and congrats to everyone with their tix  beer

I would think so yes. Since the band hasn't confirmed them still

even if they do, accidents can happen, to anyone to anyband.

There is no such thing as a guarantee.  If someone is planning trip once the tickets go on sale at a venue it is considered confirmed PERIOD.  If the venue is advertising and selling the tickets this means they have a SIGNED contract.  Can it be canceled...it sure can but that can happen regardless of what the band announces.

Anyone wanting to plan a trip should do so just make sure that the plane tickets and hotels you book you can cancel without penalty.   Most air fares one can receive a flight voucher for latter on.  Yes there is a slight fee but that is the risk.

well put, the sloth.
