I just don't agree that it would take that long to rehearse.  I play guitar and have jammed with other musicians numerous times.  It should only take about 2 weeks max to rehearse the songs.  (And i doubt Axl will be there).

I dont even think the old band used to rehearse all that much ha!

Obviously you (or I) have no idea what they rehearse, how many songs, how many hours per rehearsal session etc etc. Then you have things like the fact that they have DJ on board now.

Then you got all the equipment related things. Maybe they're looking at new equipment as well. We don't know!

All I know is that the last time BBF was in LA for that long a stretch it was for GN'R.  Considering the fact that the Asian dates have not been shot down yet, when the India date has, and the timing of said Asian dates, it is not a stretch to say that at least a chunk of the time BBF is in LA will be for GN'R rehearsals.

And here we are, hoping for this to happen and getting excited (eroused even ) for GNR to hit the stage once again

Nope, but even if hired, they are musicians by heart, if you are hired, and you want to get something done, artisticly, and nothing is happening for quite some time, you have to be convinced of , and believe in your project, hired or not, each bandmember could throw in the towel any time can they not?

So, to conclude and make my point, they want this to happen no matter what, and start snowballing to putting GNR back on the map!!

Guns N' Roses Set to Tour Japan?

Back in March, Guns N? Roses dropped hints about putting together a summer stadium tour, which would have been the band?s first set of shows since Axl Rose released the long-awaited Chinese Democracy last November. Those plans never materialized, so it was tempting to ignore rumors that circulated last week about some tour dates being organized in Asia for December. Well, Blabbermouth is reporting that Universal Music?s Japanese site has confirmed the existence of at least two shows in that country. The first, December 16, will be happening at the Osaka Dome, while the second will be held December 19 at the Tokyo Dome.

Even with this supposed confirmation, though, GNR fans have been trained to be skeptical. Axl has announced tour dates and canceled them before, and the endless wait for Chinese Democracy should be reminder enough that the man operates on his own timetable. Nonetheless, those who are curious about these shows should check out a Japanese website that?s selling tickets. But be warned: Most of it isn?t in English.

FYI if they are planning on releasing the next album sometime during the next tour, it would probably we wise to have those rehearsed too!
