yeah, i suppose the post makes more sense here. never really had a good sense for proper post placement! anyway, its my second show in japan (went to the budokan show in 07). hope the rumors about an orchestral ensemble are true- not really that its preferable, but simply for a new experience Cool

Yeah, I saw that.  People have already bought tickets, so I hope this isn't a sign of bad things going on in GN'R-land.  I would hope the lawsuit isn't having any effect on touring plans.  It shouldn't in my opinion.

Sucks for them if it is true, I really hope not but could a lawsuit prevent them from performing? If the dates are even true that is...

Are you guys asking if the Copyright lawsuit could stop them? Why would a copyright suit effect a whole tour? It wouldn't.

I read some where this all actually started back in February so yeah, why would this suddenly stop the tour?

Because Axl has said in the past that he likes to deal with all of his legal matters seperately from Guns N' Roses so he only has to focus on one thing at a time.  The fact that there was so much legal bullshit surrounding him/the band for years was one of the reasons he gave for Chinese Democracy taking so long... the lawsuits kept on diverting his attention.

I hope that it hasn't put a stop to any possible future tour dates, but the fact is, it's very possible that it has.
