I got this from BLABBERMOUTH.NET:
Announced - Sep. 24, 2009

According to the Korean concert/entertainment promoter All Access Entertainment, GUNS N' ROSES will perform at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium in Seoul,
GUNS N' ROSES' schedule is now shaping up as follows:

Dec. 11 - Taipei, Taiwan - Taipei County Stadium
Dec. 13 - Seoul, Korea - Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium
Dec. 16 - Osaka, Japan - Osaka Dome
Dec. 19 - Tokyo, Japan - Tokyo Dome

"Chinese Democracy", the sixth and most recent album from GUNS N' ROSES, was released in its entirety to the Rock Band Music Store catalog of downloadable content on April 14.

The tracks are available for purchase as an album or individual tracks for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system. The tracks are available for purchase as individual tracks only for Wii.

Aside from Billboard and Spinner interviews and answering a number of fan questions at a GUNS N' ROSES message board, singer Axl Rose has done no promotion of any kind for "Chinese Democracy".

"Chinese Democracy" was officially certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on February 3,

From Rolling Stone:

Guns n? Roses to Tour Southeast Asia? Korea Concert Announced

Almost a year after the release of Chinese Democracy, Guns n? Roses seem to finally be planning some concerts. Yet another date on the band?s rumored tour of Southeast Asia has hit the Web: according to AllAccess.co.kr Website, there?s a December 13th show at Seoul, Korea?s Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium. Our Korean is a bit shaky, but it appears tickets for the concert go on sale October 6th.

The official Guns n? Roses Website still doesn?t show any mention of tour dates in Southeast Asia, but that site isn?t exactly routinely maintained and updated. So far, a pair of concerts in Japan ? in Osaka and Tokyo ? and a December 11th concert in Taipei, Taiwan has also been announced by third parties, but no official word yet from Gn?R reps. There have also been rumors of Axl Rose and friends performing a couple shows in India, but the details of those shows are less firm than the rest of the Asia concerts. It goes without saying that China will likely not be included in the itinerary of any tour of Asia, considering that Chinese Democracy might not be that well-received there.

Earlier this year, as Rolling Stone previously reported, guitarist Richard Fortus said that a Chinese Democracy tour would launch in late March 2009 and last for over two years, but that obviously was not the case. Gn?R also announced in March that guitarist DJ Ashba would join the band for an ?upcoming tour,? but that never came to fruition. Since then, things have been dormant on the Axl Rose front ? the video for ?Better? still hasn?t been released, even though it was reported as nearly finished back in December 2008.

Keep checking back with Rolling Stone for Axl Rose?s rumored return to the stage, and take a gander of the reported tour dates below:

Guns n? Roses
Dec. 11 ? Taipei, Taiwan @ Taipei County Stadium
Dec. 13 ? Seoul, Korea @ Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium
Dec. 16 ? Osaka, Japan @ Osaka Dome
Dec. 19 ? Tokyo, Japan @ Tokyo Dome

Are Guns N' Roses touring Southeast Asia?

Korea show just 'announced'

MusicRadar contacted Guns N' Roses management and publicity to confirm the show, as well as other bookings that have been announced by third parties - two dates in Japan (Osaka and Tokyo) and a concert on 11 December in Taipei, Taiwan. Nobody was able to attest to the validity of the dates.

That's getting to be a tiring statement.  Probably should take care of that this week.

Not confirmed doesn't mean it's not happening.  I'm hoping the "announcement" will include other dates and maybe that's the delay at this point.  Details are still being worked out. Smiley

Better late than too early.

Official words from the band would be nice but that's not an urgent necessity unless the tour is already false. With the promoters having good track records, the reputable companies sponsoring the shows and ads on the tv, in train stations and record stores it's real enough for the people who are attending the shows. Even if the worst comes to worst, refunds are guaranteed save some small charges. What's more, the band is rehearsing. It's this simple: If everything is ok the band will come. If a major problem should happen they can't. With or without band's early confirmation, it all the same, those in doubt can't stop worrying till they see the show finishes and even then nothing can stop bullshitters.

haha!Its Oskaru-sama ok

Hehe. Yeah I was referring to the ongoing tv show. The heroine in it always thinks of scenes from the Rose Of Versailles story when she rises to a challenge, just like gnr fanatics would of GNR songs and says to herself "Load your gun! Charge!" quoting Lady Oscar to get spirited up.
