Slash has TOO MANY friends.  The stage was way too crowded.  Lose the chicks and the rappers for my taste.  It seemed like the end of a drunken night of karaoke, with a kickass accompay band.  Great to see Slash and Duff ripping it up side by side.  Cool to see Joe Perry too, and yeah Franky seems like he'd fit in nice with VR.

I don't know, Franky Perez just doesn't do it for me.  And I think that's Matt Sorum on drums so that is pretty much Velvet Revolver in the video.

Afterwards I have seen some videos (Slither/Paradise City), my conclusion is that Perez is not a bad singer or frontman, but he is not what Velvet Revolver needs...

I think Perez is pretty good, but a step below Weiland.  Not sure if he'd be a better fit with the band than Scott or not.  I enjoyed Scars On Broadway, which Franky was a part of but they were vastly different than VR.
