I barely hear the new songs on the radio today, here in Brazil.
I think I heard more the unfinished songs on the radio before the Chinese Democracy release than the finished songs AFTER Chinese Democracy release...
Weird!

And where?s the video?
GNR probably is the only band to release an album without a video... com?on, YOUTUBE GUYS!! YOUTUBE!!!
GNR will get 1.000.000 views in 3 days for sure!! Look what happened with GNR myspace!! THAT was killer!

But... the question is: Do you think Axl thinks it?s necessary? Does he (or anyone in GNR camp) gives a shit anymore? Are they tired of the whole thing?
I hear more about the sides projects than anything today... and it?s not a sad thing! Really! Not at all! But the fact is that CHINESE DEMOCRACY seems to me, now, something like "Ok, You got the album... so now stop the madness, and maybe you?ll hear something about the band in the future, C-YA!"

GN'R will have a video I think Axl wants to get some playing the song live kind of footage I bet as for the tour I got a "funny feeling we will hear something about that soon enough if its from Axl himself, the current manager of GNR, or just one of the other band members soon GNR will be touring they wouldnt release CD after about 15 and just let it fade away like Axl says "Im always late"

No one outside of GNR would know if the video is done or not I am guessing its not done Axl likes his work to be the best it can be so he might need some shots from a live show

the video is done, i don't have a link to the article or site because the site has been deleted because a clip leaked on there or some shit. but like you said Axl likes his shit to be perfect therefor its not been released yet
