I think the whole cd is underrated. I can't even say that there is a weak track on this cd.
There were a few songs I thought they could of left off on Use your Illusion I & II.
But not this one. The only thing (and this is because I like producing my own music) is a few songs on the cd I would of made only a few minor changes that I thought the producer or (dare I say Axl) should of not done or left out. Other than that I really think someone should take this cd down to Washington D.C.  Rent out a huge sound system and a generator. Aim the speakers at the White House and blast this cd until the paint starts to scrape off of the White House!!!!!! beer  ok ok

Prostitute doesnt get enough love IMO
It's probably my favourite song along with There Was A Time
It's just an amazin song, the guitars are heavy and thunderous, the orchestra compliments them amazingly, the lyrics (for the mst part) are beautiful and heartfelt, axls singing is great...the song is just perfect, and the outro to the song is just a perfect way to end the album

scraped. it's one of my favs and it doesn't seem to get much love among gnr fans. i think it would have great potential commercially as well.

If the World   ...my personal favorite from the album; I get the sense it's more or less despised by many folks that favor AFD over UYI.

"Chinese Democracy" is underrated. Besides "Better," I think it's the best pure rocker on the album.

I don't think "Prostitute" is too underrated by the fans, but I don't think many of us truly realize just how damn great it is either. That song scares me actually, because one could easily interpret it as Axl's swan song, his final farewell: "Where would you go if I told you I love you / And then walked away." I remember some review of the album saying how you could almost visualize Axl walking down a long corridor never to be seen again as those final notes of the song slowly fade away. I think "Prostitute" is the most interesting song on the album, especially the lyrics.

"Madagascar" is also very underrated, but I just think that's because we fans had heard it so many times before the album even came out that we passed over it in favor of the newer tracks.

Riad.  It's a buzzsaw, and the type of song that people who were complaining about the album not being heavy enough should like, but in a lot of cases don't don't

I guess maybe because it is a very choppy song.  But it has a great bassline and riff and some of the best vocals on the album IMO

Better, cause it has potencial to be number 1 everywhere.

But in the GNR fans, Riad. Lots of peopledon't like it. I do. Axl's voice on the chorus after the solo make it worth every listen.

The whole album.

A lot of people can't listen to these songs with an open mind. So they never give the songs a fair chance.

The first step is to forget about what it's not and just listen to what it is.

/jarmo

Correct, but I still don't like IRS. Cannot help it. It's really one the few, not to say maybe the only Guns song I really dislike.

IRS is one of the songs I liked initially.  Some of the others took some multiple listens.  I think the ROCK songs on the album are the most underrated.  I can't tell you how many times I've heard people complain that the band can't rock as well, the ballads are better, and at the same time they praise Buckethead yet say the songs he was most instrumental in creating are the worst.  Doesn't make any sense to me.  I love IRS, Scraped, Shackler's, etc.  But those 3 in particular seem to get a lot of hate for some reason.
