San Francisco, CA (Billboard Publicity Wire) April 17, 2009 -- On April 9, 2009, Blue Coast Artists Keith Greeninger & Chris Kee were joined by world-class drummer Brain for a one-time only performance and live recording at the request of Blue Coast Records' producer and founder, Cookie Marenco.

---

Marenco adds, "The recording with Keith, Brain and Chris was a tremendous success on a musical level as well. Considering the musicians had never met prior to the session, let alone played together, this is a remarkable achievement. We are planning on another live session before Brain leaves to tour with Guns N Roses and Keith and Chris have their summer festivals."

Wow, feels like any day they're going to pull the trigger.  I'm curious what the hold up is in terms of announcing the plan.  Guess they're putting all the ducks in a row.

Regardless, with all the "suggestions" and the announcement of DJ joining the ranks it bodes well for a tour at some point this year; even if early to mid summer looks less and less likely.

Cheers,

Andrew

i'd be reall interested in seeing what they do with the two drummers in the fold...
do they switch on & off every other night? every other song? two on stage drumming at once?
keep brain and have frank on layaway when they need him again? or keep frank with brain on layaway?
Huh ahh all in due time i suppose
