TBH Having CD on rock band is probably the best form of advertising at the moment, considering the distant lack of any since it's release.  (And yes I know that is largely down to the record company etc)

It will get the music out to a wider and younger audience

What the fuck?  who on earth would even ASK the question, should i get Death Magnetic or CD?   The difference is, Mettalica sucks, GnR does not.

It's good that alot of them seem to have a real appreciation for the guitar/drumming/vocals parts, regardless of what they may say about other things.

Most of the ones who out and out disliked it, don't seem to have heard more than two tracks.
