DUFF MCKAGAN Says New ALICE IN CHAINS Is Best Album Of Past 10 Years - Apr. 10, 2009

The latest episode of "Talking Metal" features interviews host Mark Strigl conducted with Duff McKagan of LOADED and VELVET REVOLVER as well as Dan Lorenzo of HADES, NON-FICTION, THE CURSED, and SCREAMING METAL.

In Duff's interview, he confirms that VELVET REVOLVER has NOT yet found a singer to replace Scott Weiland. He reveals that he has heard the new ALICE IN CHAINS album and calls it the best album of the past 10 years. He also discusses Slash's book and LOADED's new album.

Axl and Scott remember. And I think Duff's attitude in interviews to that kind of question is a good one, he states how their both excellent at what they do and anything after that is private(well he didnt really say that here but I know he has before).

Did nobody find the women near the end funny? Especially when you can hear Duff asking "Did I go on too long?" Made me chuckle anyway. peace

Great stuff. Duff is pure class. Always been my fav member of GN'R. Also, the new Loaded stuff is definitely worth checking out - a bit different from Dark Days, but still very cool.
