And it's very interesting to release only this song - maybe because of the nice response it had on Rock Band 2...
I have a feeling that's what it might be. This song and scraped I believe were the most popular off the album for Rock Band because of the charts for the guitar.

In Riad's case, not only guitar - it's the harder Chinese song overall. Drums, bass and vocals are also fucking hard.

It is, but also frustrating as hell to me, as I can't buy it.

a small GNR mention in a guitar hero vs rockband article.
"On the ?Rock Band? front, MTV-owned Harmonix and its partner Electronic Arts haven?t announced ?Rock Band 3″ yet. Instead, they?ve been focusing on ?The Beatles: Rock Band,? which releases Wednesday. That game, which is made up entirely of Beatles songs and tells the story of their career, is more of a standalone title. It brings a number of new features to the genre, such as the addition of three-part vocal harmonies, but you won?t be able to export its songs for play in ?Rock Band 2.? It also won?t feature support for other ?Rock Band? tracks you might have downloaded. This no doubt has something to do with the legal agreement MTV signed to get Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the widows of George Harrison and John Lennon to agree to let their likenesses be used in the game. (
You could see why Paul McCartney might not want to see the Fab Four playing Guns N? Roses? ?Shackler?s Revenge,? for example
.)"

Sorry to bump an old-ish thread, but I've just got an xbox 360 arcade with 256(?) memory card.
How much memory do I need to d/load the album?

Probably something bigger than that. Most songs on Rock Band are anywhere from 25 - 50 mb (some higher). So if there's 13 songs to download (not including Shackler's), you'll probably be a little short if downloading the whole album. And don't forget some of your memory card will be eaten up with saved data from the game. I'd err on getting at least a 1 gb memory card to ensure you get the full album.
Good luck, and having had it for six months, definitely worth the download. It's a lot of fun, and it's cool to hear the different instruments pronounced when playing.
Cheers,
Andrew

There's an iPhone/iPod Touch version of Rock Band coming up. So far, there's 20 tracks (no GNR), but I'm already praying to have Riad or any other track from CD as DLC.

If you want, some day I can invite you to play RB2 in my new apartment... (there are some beers on the refrigerator!
)
Man, I was trying RIAD on Expert mode some days ago (guitar only - Nintendo Wii)... almost impossible!
Nice to chat with you in a topic again! P.C. miss you!
Hugs!

I too was waiting for the wii version but got sick of the delays and always fancied getting a 360 anyway.
Good news about euro wii release, but apparantly the DLC is way behind. No CD yet from what I've seen

Yeah, that's true. And no 'masturbation' as far as I can remember.

At least they didn't replace it with "celebration."
