On Gn'R myspace and on Ashba's site it lists Ferrer as a band member, not Brain.

Isn't it safe to assume that Frank would be the only drummer during a tour?

I believe the Myspace page was changed quite a while ago to reflect the fact that Frank was on tour with the band.

Since then, Axl has said Brain is in the band:

Last I checked. Brain works on several things with Guns either from his home or in the studio.

I think all fans like Brain and Frank. So with either one you know you'll get a great show. I would like to see Brain again, but if it's Frank you know you have a guy who lovees being in the band and plays his heart out. So its win win either way.

Brain has been one of my favorite drummers, pre-guns with Primus.  It would be a treat for me to see him live again in any setting.  I just don't see the two drummer thing happening. I'd speculate that Axl would see it as not very rock-n-roll, like a variety show antic.  I'm putting my bet on Ferrer as the tour drummer.
