Unless Brain being sarcastic, that sounds pathetic.

Tommy: - Hey, let's play Sorry
Frank: I'm still here
Dizzy: Where's Brain?
Chris: Bathroom
Axl: let's do Sweet Child, until Brain come back

AXL, choose only ONE drummer man.

it will probably mean now that the setlist wont be as 'spontaneous' as its use to be,
the songs will probably be in order of
Old songs> guitar solo > newsongs

etc, instead of Axl saying to the guys 'its time for shacklers' etc..

not necessarily.. in my mind I can see then having 2 drum sets, (especially if its a stadium tour), and both could be there adding something  and being "featured " on different tunes, some people are too damn narrow minded.

2 drummers would be way too cool, as long as they practise a lot together. allman brothers band has been doing that for 40 years now ok

Yeah, I agree. One drummer for old songs and one for new is pretty lame.
Man, this band is getting confusing. Three guitarists, two keyboards, two drummers. Why not get another bass player to fill the sound up a bit more?

I guess alot of you folk are unaware of the great music from the 60s, this isn't really uncommon for bands to have different members etc, , and go on to play in bands and sometimes play together again, . its fucking exciting . and for those who want to hold onto faves ,and decide in your mind that its the end all. Your fucking naive.

This just makes me happy cause.

1) Both drummers deserve a spot on stage and the right share
2) They will play like 10/10 old and new songs so each drummer get their right for the right amount of songs on stage. so no-one would be left behind with only like 2 out of 20 songs...

I dont like the idea.....Guns isnt a 60's band, 2 drumers is lame, just choose one and thats it, if it will like like Brain says, they gonna play the old songs first and then the new ones?...or they gonna switch every 15-20 minutes?  Huh

First people whine about GN'R replacing somebody who leaves. Then they whine about keeping a member.

Fucking hell.

I'm sure most of you would be able to look Frank in the eyes and tell him you wish he wasn't in the band.  rofl

Thank you.  i was wondering if anybody would bring this up.  I would prefer Brain myself, but two drummers would be pretty sick too.

That's the thing. I for one would prefer Brain to be the official, ONLY, DEDICATED drummer but since Frank Ferrer did such a good job on the previous tour and on the album, I think it would be pretty unfair to tell him that he was just a replacement and that it's time to leave. I consider him part of GNR, just as Brain. But I don't know, two drummers sounds weird because it's not really needed in the first place. It's not the Fantomas/Melvins big band, it's GNR...

According to www.gunnersbrasil.com , moderator everton.gunner emailed Brain asking if he was out since on Ashba's mini GNR site he's not there, while Frank is. He got this answer:

"I'm playing the new songs and Frank the old ones"

Thanks a lot Everton.

so Brain is not capable of playing the old songs?
Or Do they just keep Frank out of respect?
That is definitely not the case.

Probably has something to do with the stars aligning properly and the humidity of the air for Franks favor when Axl made the decision.

and the fact that Brain is not too keen on playing the old songs.
besides, Frank do them damn well!

if this is true, it's aaaaaweesome!

maybe as a solo thing, but not through the whole show!
that'd never work with this kinda music.
