Then I receive cdr (not original silver pressed cd as expected) and send request this way:

So since my english is rather poor just checking your opinions if I am wrong or if this guy is wrong. Just in my opinion if seller says item is cd NOT CDR n then I receive CDR at least I see it this way, in my opinion it sucks...

donaltduck313 can whine about it here or he can report it at the ebay staff so that they can take care of it so that this will not happen again. He has to tell them that this guy is selling bootlegs, illegal recordings. I once saw it happen that a guy got banned from ebay because he was selling copy's of Guns N' Roses' bootleg dvd's. Only giving the seller a negative feedback will not realy help.

I always get refund's after being scammed it's only happened a few times

But you either get your money back through paypal or the credit card company

did you read the whole thread, he never bought it from ebay. but yes i agree he should get reported for selling any future CDr's
