I recently discovered a bootleg of Velvet Revolver playing a gig in the spring of 2008 at the Cologne Palladium in Germany. At the gig Slash used this really cool looking guitar on Patience. What kind of guitar is it? And am I wrong or did he use a similar guitar on the Skin N' Bones leg of the UYI tour in 1993?

Yes, the double neck acoustic was in fact used on the Skin N'  Bones Tour.

I think its called Godzilla.. Was in the Estranged Video too and plays a similar guitar in the begining of the Dead Horse Video.  Slash helped design that guitar.

The Guild Crossroads double neck. Half Les Paul type electric guitar and half acoustic guitar with a peizo pick-up in the bridge.  He's got a few different version; one with a 12 string acoustic and one with a 6 string acoustic.
