Your biggest problem is outside of the "Power 3" you have highlighted for the both of you.  He has McCool and Melina who easily outrank Goldust and R-Truth.

2.1 After the initial draft no TNA wrestlers can be picked they are only available during the initial draft

2.2 The loophole to this is if someone on the draftable WWE Roster or your team joins TNA during the game they are available and their points on TNA wrestling will count, with 90 day no compete clauses this is unlikely to happen.  If it did, this wrestler could be dropped from your team as well.

Yeah it's legal as you can see.  I wrote this at the beginning of the game in case someone jumped ship for instance if Umaga or Kennedy showed they would be available.  I never expected this to happen, she was added because of her Wrestlemania Inclusion and place at the time on the WWE Alumini Page.  So the Loophole rule has occured.  See it pays to check these things.
