I think they should keep bidding. Imagine if Smith does come back and goes on a huge winning streak and you've let him go to someone else? How will that feel?? You'd be gutted wouldn't you?? You'd wish you'd bidded just a little bit higher. And this is a long game so that sickening feeling will only get worse as the time goes on. Bidding is good.......
