I am a life  long Cowboy fan as u know and I admit, Being an EAgle fan would be frustrating.

U guys are literally 2 pieces from a championship but management is too cheap to get it.

Boldin is THE guy. Hell id take a shot at Torry Holt if u can't get Boldin

Then, get a Power between the tackle RB.

Getting Jason Peter makes u guys dangerous up front. Maybe they think they can find a between the tackle guy in the draft.......................... we shall see.

but philly are close if they can just get that last piece or two.

also, I am all for Dallas getting Micheal Vick. It is the PERFECT move.

Can u imagine a wildcat offense with Vick at QB, Barber and Felix Jones split out wide?

Who could stop that?

I hope no one picks up Vick, in the NFL anyway. After what he's done, instead of being humbled and moving on, he talks about how he deserves to get paid big bucks by some team. He thinks he is the greatest thing out there and it disgusts me.

Dude killed some dogs. please

they let murders back in the NFL

Vick paid his debt, and he deserves another chance.

This is the USA and once a man pays his debt to society, he should have a clean slate.

If Vick shouldn't be allowed back in neither should Adam "pac man" Jones.

What the hell, D? Come on, the last thing Dallas needs to do is go out and get another individual like Vick. I know your all about giving people second chances but look how many second chances have been given lately. It hasn't given the Cowboys anything in return.

It's not just because of that. He was the face of the Falcons franchise and he let his whole team down. He let his owner down after Arthur Blank repeatedly stood by his side. He thinks he deserves a huge contract after what he's done.

Im not saying he should'nt be allowed back. What Im saying is, as an NFL fan, I would be highly disappointed if he was allowed back.

Im not gonna sit here condoning Pacman's behavior either. Its the same with all these guys. They get chance after chance and blow it away.

Seriously, there are guys in the NFL who drive severely intoxicated, have beaten their wives/girlfriends, guys that have been involved in murders (of people which I think is much worse than killing a dog) so come on.  Vick is not one of these "chance after chance after chance" guys.  He had one major fuck-up...and he paid his debt to society by doing his time in jail.

Vick deserves and will get his shot to play in the NFL again.  Dallas would not be the ideal setting though.  Romo is a good starting quarterback...definitely above average.

Methinks the Eagles, now with All-Pro Peters on O-line, will grab Knowshon Moreno with the #21 pick...unless they are able to get Boldin somehow....a Ravens fan told me Baltimore's offering a 1st and 3rd rounder for Boldin.

Didn't the SillyNannies already play Tom Brady's Patriots in England?  I'm certain I saw that a few seasons back on Family Guy.  Smiley

Yes Drew, it's ridiculous.

It will.  Money talks.  I'm sorry, but if they think, "Well, we've got the American market all locked up, they'll automatically watch, why not get another country's folks to plunk down cash..." they are idiots.

The good part is that it's just speculating.  It will not happen.  The NFL is too smart to let shit like that go down.

btw, I have to say I am starting to soften on Percy Harvin a little...the more I hear about his explosiveness and game-changing abilities...STOP it!  Think clearly Axl4Prez, get a solid o-lineman.  God I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.

Anybody wanna make their predictions???

1- Stafford
2- Monroe
3- T. Jackson
4- Dirty Sanchez
5- J. Smith
6- A. Smith
7-

Oh hell!  Too many trades will occur to accurately predict this thing.  I really think KC or SEA will trade down.  This is gonna be great.

The Falcons stole Tony Gonzalez for a second rounder in 2010. I predict he will go to Atlanta and tear up the league. He is 33 but in great shape. He is a superman. I can easily see him fulfilling this contract (3 more years) and then signing an extension for another 2. In other words the Chiefs did not get nearly enough for him. He is sure first ballot HOFer and should have brought a second round pick in 09 and 10. Easy.

KC are rebuilding and this was a salary dump

also 2nd round picks are valuable.

They are making KC "Matt Cassel's team also. Sometimes u have to dump the leader to bring in a new one.

Same as when Miami dumped Jason Taylor.

So when KC trades perennial pro bowl TE and future HOF Tony Gonzalez for a 2nd rounder it's acceptable but when the Pats trade Matt Cassel and Mike Vrabel for a 2nd rounder it's collusion?

Not picking on you D, just that's what everyone seemed to be saying when the Pats trade went down.  I'd say this trade was on par with that if not worse.

By the way, can't wait for the draft tomorrow.

I loooove Mel Kiper!  The dude's the best at what he does.  I can't wait.

Sorry D, you lured me in to make my predictions.

1 Lions Stafford

2 Rams J. Smith

3 Chiefs T. Jackson

4 Seahawks Monroe

5 Browns trade down for picks...I'll guess Denver trades up and Josh McDaniels has the whole Broncos draft war room wearing chocolate mustaches when they announce their pick of Sanchez.  Smiley

6 Bengals A. Smith (character issues, shmaracter issues the Bengals always say!)

7 Raiders Crabtree (I don't buy all the Maclin hype. Bad hands? Smells like Troy Williamson to me Wink)

8 Jaguars trade down to the Patriots!  Patriots grab Curry.

9 Packers Raji

10 49ers A. Smith

11 Bills    Orakpo

12 Browns from Broncos  Ayers (Drew and Sandman subsequently boycott Browns games due to the team's relationship with an "Ayers."  hihi

13 Redskins Oher

14 Saints  Jenkins

15 Texans  Matthews

16 Chargers Maybin

17 Jets   K Moreno

18 Broncos  E. Brown

19 Bucs   Jerry

20 Lions  Maualuga

Faldor

There is a huge difference in trading a 33 year old TE for a 2nd round pick, and trading a 25/26 year old QB who had how many 400 yard games last year? for a 2nd rounder.

The 2nd round pick wouldn't be bad for Cassel had they not had an offer from Denver which would have given them the 12th pick in the draft.

now NE are trying to get into the top 10 to get an OL  and its funny cause they would've been there to take one had they not tried to keep Cassel away from Denver and weren't trying to help out Pioli.

Personally, I don't buy (and never have) the talk of Patriot-Chief collusion.  No way.  Too many interests are at stake...it just doesn't make sense.  Now, if KC gift-wraps the #3 pick in a deal to New England, THEN that would guarantee something fishy is/was going down.

btw, I just heard on some local Philly radio, there are rumors of Eagles deals with the Browns or Cards including Edwards or Boldin.  One deal (I don't believe it) would have the Eagles giving Cleveland the #21 pick, disgruntled cb Sheldon Brown, and Shawn Andrews, for Edwards and the #5 pick.
