Well, it appears it was made for BMG, but that still doesn't explain why they would call side 1 Program 1 and side 2 Program 2.  Maybe made for BMG and distributed in another country?  Where'd you get it?

That's what I was thinking - I picked it up at the local record store, was suprised to see something other then TSI? for once.
