Actually I'd like to see AIC, Rob Zombie or BLS... Also it would be cool that Zakk, Jerry Cantrell or Rob as a special guests in the Gn'R set (as Baz used to do on 2006-07 tour)

I kind of like the idea of a local band opening for one of the spots for Regina and Stoon they have the local "Into Eternity" who have toured with megadeath so they can do a show this size.

Anvil is a interesting idea.

As for Nightwish I would love to see that happen but they just finished a crazy 2-3 year world tour and my understanding is that they are on break until 2011.

However there is "Diablo swing orchestra" which might be interesting.

Another band would be "Silversun pickups"  I saw them live a few months back and they put on an amazing show, while the songs are not heavy they are very guitar centric and I think would go over well with the GnR crowd.

As for mixing it up such as having a rap group open, or D.J. group I don't think it will work well at all with the GnR crowd.  I am all for some change I actually think "Helmet" from the last tour fit well with the crowd I know I would be thrilled to get to see them again live.

Loaded would be cool. Izzy would be bad ass as well. Maybe split up the tour between them, then they can paly with Axl on some songs. I know he said only one alumni at a time, so it would work.

If they were to go with some of the bigger Canadian bands out there right now, my vote would be Billy Talent, Three Days Grace, IllScarlett or perhaps Default.

Three Days Grace is ok. I think they just had a new cd come out but I also think they are touring Canada this fall. It would be cool to have an opening act that I like or could listen to but I don't care. I'm going to see GNR not the opening act.

Alice in chains would be awesome. Cool

While this would be my first choice. Honestly, Alice is a little too big a name IMO.

Doubt they'd do it, but it would be my number one choice.

The Dead Weather - jack white's new band. they kick ass live and have a great grizzly blues-y sound.

and then there's the possibility of jack doing a wee guest spot with guns perhaps??  pure wishful thinking on my part.. axl and jack on stage?? you'd have to scrape me off the floor!!   love

rob zombie would be awesome. or a reformed faith no more - though i dont know if they'd go for it having opened before for guns..  Chris cornell?

I dont think Loaded is a good idea tbh.  I mean they play Its so easy, dust n'bones, so fine etc in their set - so we'd hear Loaded play ISE and then GnR play it a bit later on?? Nah..
I love the thought that as Axl intimated, something could happen with Duff in the future, but to expect them to be on the same bill on a tour together over and above one date is a bit much.
Loaded are a good band and I can see why people want them - but I prefer local bands getting a chance, or some other suggestions here like The Crooked Vultures or Motorhead

Mot?rhead would be fuckin epic. I'd love to see them
at their own show. Combined with guns? Very cool.
