No, it's a rational interpretation of Axl's stance based on a logical or reasonable deduction of what Axl has said over the last several years, or in his most recent interview in particular.

A baseless opinion would be me saying "all bachelors are happy," or "chocolate ice cream is the best."

"I am pretty convinced" / "My feelings:...." / "I am sure he..." (off course this is as objective as a fact can be!!)
"stop hoping...." / "Still enjoy..." (wow, how nice telling me what to do, awesome!!)

so you're trying to give those subjective words some "serious" background, nice try, but still being into interpretation again and no facts (regarding this one issue) which was my originally post you started your "blah, blah...."-reply. you can re-read it again please:
