Ok,  I know he used a Les Paul for his Guitar Hero theme, Appetite for Destruction, and atleast part of lies.  I especially would like to know the guitars used on Coma, November Rain, and Estranged.  K thanks

I believe he uses the same replica LP he used on AFD for recording, even today. Only the amps and effects change. He uses various Gibson LPs live of course...

Hi.
To answar some of your questions. He used the same guitar for the recording of Appetite, November Rain and Estranged. It was his the Les Paul Replica as the other guy told you about. The one that is pictured in the article.

I added a few website to you who tells a little more about Slash and his guitars. The first one is pretty cool.

On Appetite you can hear a Flying V with a whammy bar on night train when hits that one pinch harmonic....  But ya, mainly the Les Paul.  Sometimes a Strat or Explorer, or the Mockingbird.

Not to be pedantic, but when you say 'Flying V', you usually refer to the original Gibson Flying V.

I'm also guessing it was whatever shitty Jackson Slash used to use back in the early days of Guns.

Rather than a Flying V.

Perhaps, one thing we agree, it wasn't a paul.
