It seems like Richard gets overlooked.

For example, he plays the last solo at the end of Street Of Dreams....

But on the booklet it says it?s played by Bucket. It seems that Fortus plays it only live, isn?t it?

Good point jarmo . In fact when i joined up i was hoping to ask Dexter if Fortus appears more on future albums, as

when i saw them a few times during 2006 tour he stood out for me as the coolest most rocknroll of the new guys

Richard also does Rocket Queen if I'm correct ?

Yes. That's right.

even more impresive is the solo he inherited from bucket in "madagascar." buckets solo is the best, but richard does a hell of a job.....

He also does Izzy's solo on Nightrain, which he does rather well imho.

i think axl decides because he's really the top dog in gnr.  i bet he gets them to audition each solo for him, and he gets to decide who played it the best.  but i hope that doesn't cause any tension in the band between the guitarists.  because they'd probably work very hard to impress axl, and it might be discouraging to come in second or third.

but ultimately i think bbf will get most the solos because he's the most technically amazing player in the band.  he can play extremely fast and do sweeps and tapping, which the other guys can't do.  it just makes sense that bbf would be the go-to man.
