"Better" is an awesome song and when I heard the leak back a couple of years ago it helped me though some messy shit in my life at the time, but also the leak for "There Was A Time" also was a favorite of mine at that time too. The lyrics to "Better" at that time were very helpful, but after I got passed all the BS that was going on at that time in my life the song "There Was A Time" was still being played a lot....On any stereo to anywhere and everywhere that I'd go. So in the end I think that like some one else here said "T.W.A.T" stands the test of time as a "Classic - Guns N' Roses" song. So after a short story turned long My vote goes against the song "Better". "There Was A Time" is just so epic and with so much more musical substance that it just has a better (no pun intended) advantage over the song "Better". Again, my vote goes against "Better" & there for "There Was A Time" rules as the Champion of this game of Chinese Democracy Survivor (IMHO)  |
