about the general release I'm sure it's gonna happen at some point as I didn't believe the exclusive can last forever unlike some bb fanatics.

Things like whether it will be with a new booklet (likely as not) or the same...and whether the promo comes before that or after are uncertain.

if best buy did something wrong then i agree they should wait to end the "exclusivity" to release a video, but if not, i think it would be a very cheap shot of managment, best buy support them and they dont do anything to help selling the cd? it will look like a plan to screw best buy. and i dont think thats the intention of the band, unless they had a problem with BB.

Everybody has been bitchin' about marketing...well IMO this is part of the late developing, course correction, on the fly marketing plan...hold the video until ready to drop the bomb, and then hammer away from all angles.  We will have the video, and tour announcement, etc soon enough - I wouldn'[t even be surprised to see those tv appearances everyone has been pining for...and I would not be surprised to see the 'correct' album cover released (rereleased?) as well.  F'in exciting times - even if we only get one of the above!

I don't get what your saying?  Weather you put the video out in december or june...it doesn't matter.  What's the difference between best buy having a bigger sales week with chinese democracy in december or june?   They're still going to sell the album and eventually get their money.   Its not like a video will increase sales in all stores but best buy? Best Buy will EVENTUALLY sell all their chinese democracy albums.

Lars isn't holding anything up with our video. Our message board comments were meant casually, in fun and amongst friends.

Please, if buckethead can be featured in the CD booklet and not be in the band, Robin can be in a video.
