Buying a mic Axl used from someone else who caught the mic or received the mic just completely takes the nostalgia and excitement of out the entire experience. I don't care if the mic was being sold for $1. I guess it just wouldn't mean that much to me unless I caught the mic or Axl personally gave it to me.

Yeah, it wouldn't mean that much to me either ... plus unless one of those CSI peoples swabs this to confirm it actually does have Axl's DNA on it, how does anyone know if they really are the ones Axl used?  A lot of us have ticket stubs from GNR shows so IMO that's not proof of authenticity.  Huh

Even if it really was his, it still wouldn't mean anything to me unless I personally caught it. Same thing with an autograph. I would never pay money for something signed by someone, because it just wouldn't have the same effect unless I was there in person and got someone to sign it.

Maybe that mic this guy is selling isn't axl's . Although, if it's axl's mic I would pay that amount If I had it...
