Because these typos are all too much to take. Let's get back to talking about the incorrect use of the apostrophe in the name Guns N' Roses and misspelled titles like Nightrain instead  ok

OUt of 120 posts in that thread, I think maybe 3 of them said anything about typos.

For your information , I haven't made ONE single negative post.

I still want to talk about the booklet, who played what, who wrote what and all that. Why not delete the few posts like that like they usually do in other threads?

I'm so glad I am not a moderator with the traffic this forum has now hihi

I have read 5% of the stuff in the main section and spent pretty much time on the forum today.
Maybe the mods are just cutting their work short.

Wouldn't think a booklet thread would a problem like that so peace

Without starting another thread, and I don't usually comment in here, but...

Why would the thread about Richard Fortus performing on the AMAs be deleted?  And right as the show was over?  Huh

And just now another thread of just 2 posts partially on the booklet got deleted. WTF is this?

Against rules? No that I can see. Wrong topic? I don't think so. So WTF is up?

This is seriously not cool. The critique in the booklet threads has been 100% on point and abiding by all rules as far as I know. We can't all be discussing how perfect everything is in the GNR world. The booklet has more than an acceptable amount of mistakes and addressing the issue may improve things later on. Hush-hush policies benefit no one.

Comments from main GNR topic moderators PLEASE!!!

Well though I'm happy I found a few typos in my booklet, but I think that's normal, right?  nervous

Its a bit strange that the booklet discussion thread is being deleted given the popularity of this thread:

http://www.heretodaygonetohell.com/board/index.php?topic=49802.0

Literatory errors once seemed to be a rather prudent discussion topic.

I posted that thread today. I honestly didnt see the other thread that was axed. If I had known it was a "sore subject" I would have never posted. I didnt think it would be a problem, and still dont understand why it IS a problem, it is what it is.

I was just making conversation. Every aspect of the CD is being discussed, and I figured that should have been too. I, in no way was putting down the cd, or demeaning it, just simply making conversation with my fellow GnR comrades.

Maybe a PM to the original poster explaining why it had been yanked, instead of just giving it the Houdini treatment?? I guess we should be careful, this thread might be the next victim. LOL peace

No answers?

We can't talk about an official product put out by the band?

Thats just ridiculous.

This is worse than the football player Terrell Owens saying he was "misquoted" in his autobiography.

no that isn't even what the thread was about.

out of 100+ posts, there were maybe like a handful about the typos. it was mostly about the Chinese symbols, lyrics, photos, who wrote what and played what etc etc.

who cares about a few typos anyway? I don't think that is a big enough deal to get in a hissy over.

obviously being tongue in cheek (or not so tongue in cheek)
the booklet is fascinating shows us so much that was going on behind the scenes that we had no idea about and woulda never guessed
man...  what a talented group of people GN'R had during the Vegas/CD Era   love

I'm surprised this thread is still here. This is not tongue in cheek.  Sad

But Eva is right about the booklet being fascinating. At least in terms of credits. I like the design mostly too. Just the mistakes...
