I read where Michael Stipe said Bowie's Ashes to Ashes was the best pop song ever written because it has 3 or 4 moments that are absolutely distinct, each fixing themselves in the listener's brain for hours afterward--a song that fulfills every sonic expectation. That's how I feel about Better. It has every element I've ever wanted in a pop/metal/hard rock song all rolled into one. It's a perfect song.

As great as Axl's vocals are on the whole album, I think his vocals on "Better" are probably the best. In fact, this song has some of the best vocals he's EVER recorded. Just my 2 cents.

Zane, as well as all the other DJs on Radio 1 love very new release by any band(apart form GNR). Will be worth listening too though just to hear the brown nosing.

"Better" is far from my favorite song BUT, I do think it was the perfect choice for a single. It has a lot of radio friendly poppy elements that will reel in the old school guns fan and capture new fans also.

the final album version sounds pretty god damn good   great choice for the second single imo ..but still i'm somehow annoyed by the part when the song gets angrier. i'd just love to hear a little bit more extreme drumming on that part   anyway this got me even more excited about the fact that chinese democracy is out in less then a week!

That is strange. It should work for you. Are you using the Safari browser? I've had problems with it in Firefox but it works with Safari on my Macbook.
