Just because someone says it's a fake don't make it a fake.  Also, usually poeple with 100% positive feedback don't tarnish their rep with fake items.

agreed, but is there proof that it's real? I'd personally rather not spend that much on something that I wasn't quite sure was 'authentic'...since I am interested in getting one if it is not just some fan-made garbage..

I completely agree.  Just because the feedback is 100 doesn't mean you can't get burned.  I took the plunge I suppose - I just hope there's a soft landing!

Congragulations for taking the plunge to purchase this item. I can confirm that its not fake myself, mainly because this is the exact one I recieved in the UK, from the editor of the magazine I work for

i cant believe everyone thought it was fake .........its good they did though cos it did keep the price down slightly
somoene says its fake and they all jump on board. there are quite a few of these of ebay right now.

one thing i've noticed with these "promo" discs is that none of the discs have black frog on them.

it just makes me wonder how authentic they are since the the uzi suicide logo was on the old discs i'd have thought black frog would be on these.

i would say it was fake because the pic is a scan of the item and not a camera pic. If it was a silver or acetate the scan would be shite because the light from the scanner would reflect back and all you would see was a bright flash and no actual pic. looking at the scan i would say it was a white CDR type disc that has been lightscribed or some other type of printed media.
The seller however has excellent feedback and sells quite a few promos so i could be wrong. but my gut feeling is to stay away....

edit    one more thing i noticed is that the pic on the CD is in colour. i figured that a promo CD would be black text/print as standard and not colour.
most pic CD's are regular issues and very rarely promos. the idea of a promo is to keep it simple and keep the costs down. But hey what the fuck do i know !!!

i first heard of it a couple of years ago.......I got a couple of boots which had 'blach frog' on them instead of 'black frog'... there is a thread somewhere but i cant find it now
