I would also assume Fergie and Cornell will perform with him.  I predict Kid Rock will be there as well.

Cornell is on the new album, so I would have to think he will do some kind of song with Slash at this show.

it's assumed b/c they twittered on the same night sometjig to the fact that cornell was going to record for a legendary rock guitarist and slash said he had a bigtime singer in the studio so it was wdely assumed that is was cornell-but I'm pretty sure Cornell is on tour now and not sure if he'll be in/near norway/europe around that time

i was previously unaware he was there

Slash left GUNS N' ROSES in the mid-'90s, forming SLASH'S SNAKEPIT before later assembling VELVET REVOLVER with several other ex-members of GUNS N' ROSES and STONE TEMPLE PILOTS singer Scott Weiland.

VELVET REVOLVER is currently searching for a replacement for Weiland, who was dismissed in April 2008.

I didn't realize Franky Perez was in Scars on Broadway.  Solid band featuring members of System of a Down.  I thought he was a singer, but Darren from SOAD sang on the album.  Hmm.

Wonder what songs they'll play.  Not much time to rehearse.
