Since it's 10/31--what do people think of Tim Burton? Here are his films...
1982 Vincent
1984 Frankenweenie
1985 Pee-wee's Big Adventure
1988 Beetlejuice
1989 Batman
1990 Edward Scissorhands
1992 Batman Returns
1994 Ed Wood
1996 Mars Attacks!
1999 Sleepy Hollow
2001 Planet of the Apes
2003 Big Fish
2005 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride
2007 Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
2010 Alice in Wonderland
I've seen most of these--and I can't say I dislike any of them, but thought Batman was overrated. Loved Batman Returns though. I'd say I like The Corpse Bride, Ed Wood and Sleepy Hollow the best. Would really like to see Sweeney Todd.

Pee Wee Herman makes me wanna puke, the guy just repulses me. Is that the point of him? I dunno, just makes my skin crawl.
Beetlejuice is awesome, its a great OTT performance by all. One of the great 80's films.
Batman, I loved it. I remember when it came out, I was 9 years old and all we had up to then was the TV Batman. This was a huge event at the time (remember collecting the panini stickers lol)and a great film. Its the first film I ever bought on DVD form.
Batman Returns was great as well, another film with wonderful over the top performances. First time I ever encountered Christopher Walken, he freaked me out and I never really apprieciated the mans greatness until I was older.
Edward Scissorhands was good, I never really grasped it as I was too young, but enjoyed when I was older. Yet again brilliant performances by the actors.
The only other one I seen was Sleepyhollow, I liked that one as well. I watched it when I was on a comedown, it was good enough to suck me in and keep me awake even though all I wanted to do was sleep, due to my unfortunate condition.
Havnt seen the rest. You missed out The Nightmare Before Christmas, thats a good 'un

I never watched Planet of The Apes because the original is one of my favourite films and the remake seems like sacrilege. Is it just me or does Charton Heston just play himself in it

Agreed, and btw, you didn't miss a thing.
I did chuckle at Mars Attacks! Overall, he doesn't make movies I particularly enjoy.
