I have a strange feeling and also hope that "This I Love' could include the piece played before "November Rain" in 2002. It's a beautiful piece and in 2006 Axl opened NR with a piece from one of the other new songs (You know which) so it is quite possible. Check the video below, it starts at around 1:12.

Yes, I think that might have been the case when it was made, but now its just irrelevant and unless someone actually asks Rose he may never mention it talk about it
