Unfair Post deleting

I wrote a post in this thread talking about the musician part of the song. Only did a small mention about the Slash vs. new guys bullshit - in fact, I was asking to stop this comparsion shit.

So, please, could you tell me WHY my post got deleted?

I posted there again without ANY mention of Slash (even if I was just trying to get back on topic). Hopefully it wont get deleted again./

Not that I was responsbile, but I had a look and it seems to me that the reason that your post was removed was not becuse of your mentioning Slash or the age old vs. argument, but rather that you responded to those that were. All of those posts were removed, so had your post been left in it would have been out of place and without context. Nothing personal, I wouldn't think, and had your post been in isolation it no doubt wouldn't have been removed.

I understand that, but if my post had just a small thing about it, shouldn't be better to just edit it (or ask me to do it)?
