I listened to Octane (Sirius?) in my rental car off and on for about 5 hours yesterday and didn't hear it once. I even flipped between the other rock stations and the closest I got was Estranged and Paradise City. What station do I need to be listening to?

Yeah, satellite radio. They love to play songs that you don't hear on the regular radio. It was pretty cool to hear Estranged on the radio though.

Radio Rock in Finland plays regularly songs like One in the million, Get in the ring and Estranged ! I hope Chinese Democracy tracks goes also into heavy rotation.

That's awesome. I remember someone requested it on the station I listened to on the "request show" and the dude is like, "you know this show is only 30 minutes long right" haha

This song is a hard, quick hitting rocker.  It's better and more exposive then another rock song that has come out recently.

Yeah, I happened to be driving it around when I heard it this time. The DJ on Octane said something like "It's been 17 years since their last song, and no song can live up to that amount of time, but don't don't judge based upon that."

I love how we all get to see this finally together.  We used to act like lil bitches and bicker, now we are FINALLY all on same page!  SAWEET!

edit: they didn't play it yet. DJs are teasing the listeners with clips of the intro & outro. They are also making fun: for example they said that our prime minister Donald Tusk went to China to listen to "Chinese Democracy" and he's looking aroud for it at Tiananmen place not knowing they've got the single 

edit2: So it's done! They played the song like 3 times. First time - all the time coming on the air saying "Dear Listeners you are listening to the song which we don't interupt"  After a second play (more or less without any dissturbing), they said that they like the ending of the song quoting our former prime minister of the socialist goverment "that it's not important how a man begins, but how he ends"  The DJs were messing around saying some stupid things as well like: there's Duff playing, but nowadays he has just one hand  or that Axl hired his musicians from a polish rock band called Myslovitz - so they'll finaly make an international career  Then there was a coment during the news, that the Polish premiere of Chinese Democracy is already behind us, and the girl who just reads the news on the air, said that the song isn't a smash after all those years of waiting... Whatever, who would bother what things some girl, who just reads the news on the radio  I just hope they'll play "Chinese Democracy" quite often here

X048-FM (XM) is playing it mainly from the pm through the evening hours. It is currently the 50th played Active Rock song on this station.

2020-FM (Sirius) is playing it mainly from mid-day through the evening hours. Being played twice as often as on XM.  It is currently the 23rd played Active Rock song on this station.

I requested it in Indiana 4 times and didnt get anything. It might have not helped that the fourth time I used an asian accent and requested Chinese Democracy.

I still have yet to hear it on local radio since the day it was released, nor have I heard it on Sirius radio... I hope I just have bad timing

Yeah they're definitely playing it on Sirius Octane.  It was number one on their top five the first 2 nights it was out last week.  I didn't catch the countdown on Friday or tonight.  I've got it set to record starting tomorrow so I'll report how it does on a nightly basis.  I can't find it listed on the website at all.  They also had the Rock 20 on Sunday, which I also missed and hasn't been updated on the website, not sure if the song made it on there.  It says the list is updated every Monday, but apparently they lie.
