On a side note, I don't think ITW or TWAT will be the second single. Maybe one of the songs we haven't heard or "Street of Dreams" would be my guess

I love the song but I am indeed surprised its the first single. I just want to see GNR maximize their potential success.

But you know what, fuck it. Why should I or we care anymore what people think? We have been here for years supporting the band, going thru the ups and downs, etc. Who cares if some "expert" or whoever thinks of the song and album?
 I used to always say: as long as I and the GNR fanbase are happy and excited about the record then that is all that matters. Its time to get back to that train of thought!

Now it's not the time for this, but when the record is released I'll probably start a thread about it... its funny now how old memories hit me so vividly. The day I first got the illusions when they came out (actually, I didnt buy them, more of a b-day present), the day I went to my first GNR show in 92, the day I waited outside the music store in Madrid (Madrid Rock it was called) waiting outside at 9:00 am on Nov 23rd 1993 for the shop to open so I could be the first person in Madrid to buy TSI...

I can't believe it's taken so long, but here were are. Almost there :-)

I'm hoping once CD is released we'll be able to buy the whole album for rock band 2. That would be fun to spend the day playing CD. I'm sure my fiancee wouldn't think it was too much fun though haha!

Oh me too!! I'd love for that to happen. I don't own Rock Band 2 but my buddy does and we have a great time playing it.

I really hope the single is out for RB2 this week.
