I just entered a comment on my Facebook page that Democracy for China Starts October 22 b/c it's the FIRST OFFICIAL relaese by Guns. My co-workers, friends, and relatives probably will think that I'm nuts, but who cares. I am hyped up about this.

HAHA! Awesome! As a Philly guy- that is much appreciated.

This is fantastic! Congratulations to Axl and all the guys who have worked so DAMN HARD on this thing!! Thanks for never giving up!

*Just remember... don't worry about the haters- they're sure to sound off no matter what their ears tell them. Fuck them. THEY HAVE NO IDEA about the TIDAL WAVE OF INCREDIBLE MUSIC about to come crashing down upon their weak asses. The "Chinese Democracy" single is JUST THE BEGINNING. I have no doubt that the general public- once they get their head around the "new sound"- will very soon drown out the whiny critics and haters. There's no stopping GREAT MUSIC.beer beer

The first single from the forthcoming Guns `n Roses `Chinese Democracy? album will be the title track.

`Chinese Democracy` the single will be rush-released to radio tomorrow.

The album will be released in Australia on November 22 and in the US on November 25.

I wonder where they got that album release info. Weird.

A few pages back on this thread, I read that there is speculation of a possible tie-in to the World Series. Well I wanted to make sure that I receive newsletters and ticket info so I went to the GNR myspace page. I typed in my info to register. It brought me to the Major League Baseball website. This is too much of a coincidence.

Now that is interesting. If there is a tie in with the world series that would be a good move on GNR's part. Millions of people are going to watch the series.

We knew about the MLB/GNR relationship in 2006 though. It had something to do with GNR's website if I remember correctly.

I haven't posted on here in a while, and throughout the past few weeks of excitement, I've also been filled with a good amount of hesitation.  I guess that's just the hardcore fan in me, wanting to physically hear, see, taste, and and touch something before believing.  Well, I'll never taste Chinese Democracy, so thats out the window, seeing all of the news and hoopla the past few weeks has been the seeing, and when the single hits the radio tomorrow, the hearing end will be fulfilled.  Thats just leaves the having the cd in our possession on the 23rd of November, w=hich will bring it all full circle.

I know, I'm not making much sense here, but bare with me, it's the end of the night for me and sans this great news, I'm running on empty.  I just felt compelled to finally post a message on HTGTH for the first time in sometime.  See you all around, and everyone enjoy tomorrow because I know if you've all been waiting for this half as much as I have, then it's bee TOO LONG of a time coming!!!!!!

No, not really, the Rays beat the Red Sox... so what we have is a true World Series.

I see your point with the Sox though, time for a change I must say.
