maybe Axl and management asked for offers from different sources and popflashproductions ones were not what they chose as final so the company decided to 'release' them for whatever reason  Shocked ...

Of course they're official promos.  If not, they would have been down by now.

The real clue is that those promos contain music never heard before.  And........"Better" is better.  IRS is slightly different.  

I'm guessing those promos will debut during the World Series which starts in 2 days.  

They reference November outside of November, if you know what I mean.  Hence, they'll be on our living room screens this month.

I'm guessing we'll hear from Axl by Wednesday!

Maybe it's a bunch of clips made for consideration for an ad campaign and weren't meant to be seen by the public? And that's why they were later removed.

Oh, okay.  I still think they are official.  Without getting too specific, so as to not get in trouble here, in listening to all of them I heard at least 4 snippets of new material.  And the songs we are familiar with sounded MUCH better.  As much as we've heard this material for years now, the album will be fresh from track 1 to 14, IMO.
