i don' t know if this has been covered already but will the Vinyl version be available in the store or online only?

The flagship and large market store sometimes have a section for vinyl, but it's not often. If you've never seen vinyl in your local store, chances are you're not going to see CD either.

If you pre-order and ship OR do in-store pick up, they're gonna ship it to wherever you want it. I did shipping to my house only because I'm gonna go buy the CD the moment they open and I can wait to get the vinyl for a couple days since it's just going in a frame on the wall anyways.

I dont think the artwork was posted. Just listed like:

Cover A - This was the only one with artwork, the one with the bike
Cover B
Cover C

Cool if there is 2 more.. but it aint that importat for me.. i love the A version

I just came from Best Buy over lunch....I wondered around the music section a bit just to check it out.  There was no actual section for vinyl, but there is a top shelf above the compact discs that have boxed sets, etc...this is also where I found the vinyl for some of the releases..mostly the major recent releases such as metallica..etc....I noticed several vinyl titles available, although limited in the number of copies for each title....so I do think "most" best buys will have vinyl in store, but it could be limited in number....of course I asked the 16 year on staff and they did not know anything other than "pretty sure we will have it".....so I think pre-ordering is going to be your best bet to make sure you indeed get a vinyl copy.

My store gets vinyl in for all the new releases that we carry on vinyl, and they always sell out on the first day, I've never seen a vinyl come in with more than 10 copies.

Hmmm.....I am now going to pre-order vinyl and do instore pick up....I got the same vibe when checking out a store today.....I just did not want to miss out on that possible $50 2set thing....

Nothing too noteworthy, but my local Best Buy indicated to me the standard Chinese Democracy order for mid-level Best Buy stores is 22 CDs and 22 Vinyls...

Where do you live...Antarctica? That seems like an exceptionally small order. When I used to work for a record store here in NY over 13 years ago, the standard for a new release from a major performer was around 75 or so (if I remember correctly).

We won't know which is the correct title of the song until the album comes out.

I know when I was there several years ago, they broke up their stores by SOP model. the smaller SOP stores tried to maximize their retail floor, so they didn't have much in the way of warehouse space. They tend to order just enough to fully stock the shelve between trucks.
