Guns `n Roses Chinese Democracy Hits The Release Schedule

Universal Australia has included Guns `n Roses `Chinese Democracy` on its upcoming release schedule.

The album is listed for both physical and digital release in Australia on November 22.

`Chinese Democracy` is the sixth studio album from the Gunners and the first studio album since the covers release `The Spaghetti Incident` of 1993.

The last studio album from Guns ?n Roses was ?Use Your Illusion 1 and II? in 1991.

Songs we know will be included on the album are ?Better?, ?Chinese Democracy?, ?IRS?, ?Madagascar?, ?Shackler?s Revenge?. ?Sorry?, ?The Blues? and ?There Was A Time?.

The official tracklisting has yet-to-be announced.

?Chinese Democracy? first hit the Universal release schedule in 1999 when it was listed as ?coming soon?. From that period, only the song ?Oh My God? surfaced when it was used in the movie ?End of Days?. ?Oh My God? is no longer listed as a song for the album.

?Shackler?s Revenge? was released recently in the game Rock Band 2. Another song from the album titled ?If The World? can be heard in the closing credits for the new Russell Crowe movie ?Body Of Lies?.

I just got an email from Universal Australia and they said they had NO info regarding the release of CD. So whats the deal with the above?

^^ Not yet (apart from the two articles that have been posted here) was in JB Hi-Fi today and asked nothing on their system, I told the two assistants I was chatting with about the latest goings on and one of them seemed quit excited, they said it could turn up on their system anytime up till two weeks before the release date!

Hope the 22nd of November rumour that has been going around for days now turns out to be true, will be one hell of a party that Saturday night!

These certainly are exciting times in the world of GN'R, it's actually coming out, how surreal will it be to hold this album in your hands after all these years?
My stereo will be pumping it out all day long just hope I don't blow my speakers 

I have been patiently holding my anticipation as the last few months have unfolded, (we have had our hopes up in the past for a release) but now there are to many signs pointing to the release, I believe we will have it very soon.

Hopefully the official announcement is made in the next 24 hrs that is all that is needed now and I believe it must be imminent with the cover art and tracklist being on best buy.

The tracklist looks awesome, pleasantly surprised to see track 12, if it is what I think it is, was not expecting that one on this album, tracks 2 & 4 look interesting haven't heard them mentioned before except track 2 earlier in this thread.

Now we can sit back and enjoy the last days of what has been one hell of a ride these last fifteen years for us GN'R fans because soon we will be listening to one hell of an album!

So, how many people have gunsnroses.com and refreshing every minute or so.  I'm here in the UK and it is 12:30pm lunchtime but I have no idea of the time in other parts of the world, especially the US.  If there were to be an update Thursday I could really do with knowing the time difference (I'm a bit slow that way).
