Yeah, I would be a little skeptical about all this, save for the fact that both Jarmo and Mysteron had a part in breaking the 11/23 news. It's definitely an exciting time. |

Yeah, I would be a little skeptical about all this, save for the fact that both Jarmo and Mysteron had a part in breaking the 11/23 news. It's definitely an exciting time. true. but i believe at least the report of the "intention" to release it that day is very reliable. we'll see. i've been skeptical so many times. so i'll be optimistic this time... |

I just called a best buy in my hometown (Des Moines Iowa) and they told me they have a release date for late november but haven't been told specifics.
Kinda of excited something is happening!,

im waiting on official confirmation from jarmo or gunsnroses.com before I can run naked through the streets....but my pants are off..  My birthday is in November so this would be just perfect  Not you naked, but getting CD! mine is Dec. 20  I?m sure I?ll be getting at least 3 Chinese Democracy?s from friends My birthday is the 26th November   Mysteron where are you  The plan is to release the album on 23rd Nov'. Nothing is confirmed at this time though. sounds promising  |

I just called a Best Buy in Toronto and they don't even have a date in their system yet. Not worrying though, after all the Best Buy exclusivity is probably only for the US.

GN'R album date confirmed Guns N' Roses' album Chinese Democracy has been given a confirmed release date, 16 years after their last album. The album will be released on November 23 in America - a Sunday, rather than the usual Tuesday, because it is only being sold via Best Buy supermarkets. The band's PR told us: "We're assuming that the US date means it will be out here on November 24, but we haven't had official confirmation just yet." I remember reading somewhere (I forgot exactly where though) that Robin wouldn't shave his beard until Chinese Democracy was released. And now that beard is gone...and the plan is to release on Nov 23rd. Pretty cool if my mind isn't playing tricks.
