there's a picture of the album cover (a) on Best Buy now!

It's very small but it appears to be the one with the bicycle that Axl talked about back in 2002

Damn, I didn't realize they were so expensive.

But to hear CD in Vinyl, it will be worth the purchase.

I can't wait to get the Guitar Tablature book that comes out now with CD releases.

No No 20 bucks for a Vinyl album is fine, I was talking about the record players. damn near 300 bucks!

There have to be cheaper ones.

I think what's cool about this announcement also, is the fact that we should have brand New GNR albums every couple of years now!

it will probably sell $9.99 the first week... that's what new CDs always debut at.

I rekon 3 different album covers, same writing and black background just 3 differnet images - in the same colour scheme.

Fingers crossed we hear somethin official soon, i did a google image search and cannot find that album cover anywhere on that. suggests its official to me. Can anyone drag up any info on when axl apparently showed the crowd the image back in Hong Kong i think on 02?

From GNRONTOUR.com 08.14.02

Axl explained the title of the album and showed the crowd [on the video screen] the artwork for the new album. The artwork is black and white and features a bicycle, with a wall behind it that someone painted with ?Guns N? Roses!!?

Yeah there are cheaper ones.  You can get this one for about $75, and there's even cheaper options out there:

I still think with an exclusive, Axl could now get a way with releasing 3 albums at the same time.

U have to realize, on the road, touring, years go by etc, Axl is gonna be inspired and the band are going to write new songs etc etc.

so songs now, may not be the same in 4 years when u are ready to release them cause you may have a crap load more written.

I remember the Chili Peppers had 36 songs for Stadium Arcadium and were going to do 3 seperate albums and span it over 4 years or so.

They then said what I just did about being inspired differently and things changing etc so they decided to release a double CD and sell the unreleased tracks on B Sides.

I of course am being greedy but holy shit, could u imagine getting 3 NEW CDS at once!

Id probably pass out in Best Buy and knock over a roll of dvds or something.

Watch out with turntables you get what you pay for. And a lot of your newer systems you can't even hook the turntable up too.

What's up with the RS link down? They don't have to pull the story? Do they? Maybe Axl will give them an interview and the inside scoop and they agreed to pull it!  ok

Yeah, I just checked too and it is indeed no longer there, but it was this morning... not sure if that's bad news or what.

I think RS and BB jumped the gun, and that's why things are being pulled. This announcement belong to the band and the band alone.
