computer techy qyuestion

I found something that kind of concerns me on my comp. i went to:

my computer > shared documents  > shared music

inside the shared music folder there was a subfolder labeled "Sync Playlists" inside this folder were all the songs on my comp

have i been sharing these all over the internet without even knowing it?

thanks for the reply i was kind of panicked.

how do you know what your sharing with whole world? For example i use utorrent sometimes and im always paranoid about what im sharing (hopefully nothing)
