STONE TEMPLE PILOTS/ex-VELVET REVOLVER singer Scott Weiland celebrated the release of his sophomore solo album, "Happy In Galoshes", by making an appearance at the Virgin Megastore in Hollywood, California this past Monday (November 24). Scott performed live in the Hollywood & Highland courtyard, and followed it up by taking part in a CD-signing at the Virgin Megastore.

Fan-filmed video footage of the "Killing Me Sweetly" performance from November 24 can be viewed below (clip uploaded by "Marcinholimamarc").

Truth be told, it's not really that exciting of an album. So far nothing has really stood out at me.

blind confusion is a great song as well. I also like Big Black Monster. By the way, all the songs on the record are MUCH BETTER live.

The rest so far is just ok.............

Those are the only 2 songs I have listened to and I think they suck. I don't think I want to hear the rest of the album.

"Happy" is NOT better than Contraband...its a cool album though...im going to the show in NYC on friday....should be awesome

yah it's quite a hobby of mine. I'm hoping I'll be able to get my camera in to the AC/DC show next week as well. I've heard they've only been cracking down on video, so we'll see what happens.

Got the double CD version--it's worth the extra money--but I can see why those songs didn't make the single version as they are a bit more out there.

This album is a grower, starting to really get into it, although I liked his first CD more.
