btw, I don't think fruits and vegetables have steroids or hormones...perhaps you meant the harmless use of genetically altered fruits/veggies?

I would say that 90% of the people I know that are around 21-25, have dads with better heads of hair than them. I know people are gunna say that its just coincidence but it seems very odd that all these 50+ year olds generally seem to have more hair than todays young adults.

Im convinced something is causing this and personally blame all the crap they put in foods nowadays among other things.

Is it real or is it Memorex?  Can you prove the fathers aren't using unnatural means to sport their thick quaffs?  If you're in an upper-middle to high class area, that might be the case. 

Well I have the same hair as my dad, super thick and straight, and I know for a fact that his is all natural. Hes the least vain human being Ive ever met and his brother and dad both have the exact same hair.

He is 60 years old and his hair is 100X better than many of my friends hair. I know what your saying though and it is a possibility with some of the other dads.

Also about the fruits/vegetables, I was just guessing. Im glad to hear they arent messing with them too much cuz they make up about 75% of my diet.

well, if it lets you plant a field that uses 90% less pesticides without losing your harvest, that's pretty damn cool.  By slightly altering the genetic makeup, you can increase resistance to pests, plant diseases, and make the taste/size even better.  this can keep prices down...it really is win-win.

Sure, for them it is a win win. Where do you think all this cancer is coming from? What is it now, 1 in 2 that gets it? So not only do you increase sales, but by making your customers sick you can stand down the line offering 300k "treatments".

...and polluxlm, how are the dairy farmers profiting off of prostate cancer treatments?  Do you have area dairy farmers performing chemo and radiation treatments?   

we live in a developed world where people are living longer lives.  Guess what, if every person lives long enough, they will get cancer.  We are seeing rising cancer rates due to improved life expectancy thanks to modern medicine.  Granted, the obesity epidemic isn't bringing cancer numbers down, in fact it's doing the opposite. 

That said, I agree that going organic, all-natural, and avoiding processed foods is a good thing...it's just not a realistic alternative for a lot of folks out there.  When folks are scraping by financially, they see a 75 cent apple sitting next to an 89 cent box of Little Debbie's snack cakes.  One of them can be part of a kid's lunch for a whole week, the other for just one day.

The 'health' industry is massive. So massive that if people stopped getting sick you'd be out of a job tomorrow. Same goes with the arms industry. The entire economy is built on platforms with an expected output. One being an increasing number of deaths and destruction, each fiscal year. 

When you have a 'free' system of enterprise in a global structure, you in the long run promote psychopaths to the leading positions. Think about it, who is a board of old, rich men going to appoint? The nice guy that wants to help the customer, or the asshole with black numbers on dividend day?

Im really not sure what your trying to say, but after reading your posts over you dont seem to understand the difference between a hair stylist/dresser and a dermatologist/specialist

hair dresser/stylist: they go to beauty school where they learn shit like how to cut and style hair, what hair styles work with certain face shapes, the most fashionable hairstyles of todays youth etc etc....bullshit like that

dermatologists/specialists: they go to medical school where they learn about the medical/scientific side of hair like what is hair, what makes hair grow, scalp conditions, what causes MPB, methods of treating hair loss, conditions that cause hair loss etc etc

I personally trust the dermatologists/specialists when they say hats don't cause hair loss over the ditsy blond that cuts my hair
