i am in so much unexplained pain atm. any help/ideas?

Right basically.

I was at a party last night, it was a lonnnngg one, obviously ive woken up feeling a bit sick from all the shit i drank, i didnt get majorly drunk but my stomach certainly is paying the price.

But this is not my issue. At some point during it i tried some drink and not very long after i got quite a head ache which i just put up with and ignored, But i also got alot of pain on whatever area it is between your neck and shoulders aswell as down the right side of my neck. I figured maybe because it was a lil cold outside last night while i was out maybe it was from that. So i went to bed about half 2. Ive woke up randomly really early in the morning (bout 20 to 6 but its taken me till 10 past 6 to get on here after failing google searches) and im in ALOT of pain but in the same place on the OTHERside of my body. So my right side is fine, But now the left side of my neck, bit between shoulders n neck and all down my arm are in so much pain, like muscle ache type pain is how i could best describe it.

What do you wise people reckon?

woah shit. After being fed up of the pain i found out some tablets. They totally put me out for a few hours in there strong painkilling mix.

Worked though the pain seems to of gone, hopefully it will not return as it was bloody painful.

I reckon it might of been when i was talkin to this dude n he was on bout his drink n asked me to try it. i didnt use my head at the time already a bit tipsy and tried it, wasnt very long after that when my head ache came n other pains.  But i cant be sure, as i did hit my head earlier on before that n it left me quite dizzy n feeling faint for a while so i had to chill during that time. I was also on a trampoline at some point aswell :SSS haha

Damn that was a good sleep though!!!
