that wont happen to you if you get a ps3   i have both and prefer ps3. my 360 still works but it has failed on me atleast 4 times

My guess...'Shackler's Revenge' is the first single from Chinese Democracy. It will also hit radio around the time of the game's release (if not just before) and the band will ride it's popularity out until the album is released in November (along with the second single).

Therefore, this is an AWESOME song title. I would almost put this one up with Estranged or Yesterdays or You Could Be Mine, Madagascar or TWAT - a very powerful song title based on this very definition. This is a song of freedom and correlates nicely with the title of Chinese Democracy's and Axl's very own mode of musical expression that he has sought to put out over the past 15 years.

I guess its up to the players of Rock Band to break free of their physical and musical Shackles and get Revenge. I am really hopeful that this is a BIG GUN that Axl has held back all along that will bring very positive attention to the new music.

Well, they have a few months to start pumping them out!

I am SO glad that they decided on a song that hasn't hit the net yet.  I mean, I LOVE all the songs that have been heard but potentially hearing something that is really brand new to all our ears makes it all the more awesome!

I said it before but this is the best marketing strategy.  Obviously hiring that new team is getting things done.

the other songs vocally sound like demos... not perfect.

hopefully this is worth the $170 to buy the game.

Oh, My God was an official release was it not? I remember it wasn't the best of quality though.  This song will definitely be based off everythng we heard lately.

$170? In Europe, Rock Band cost about 220 euros (about $350), which is exactly why I didn't get the game. I know you can get a stand alone version of the game, which is probably what I'll do for Rock Band 2. It sucks you can't use Guitar Hero's device with the game though (at least on PS3 - unless it changed).
