Before "It Tastes Good, Don't It", Axl says he didn't obey the doctor's saying he shouldn't sing, accusing one of trying to do surgery because he wanted a new car. Axl said it's the sixth time they play it, and explain's it's the reason he got his throat blown out. This is also the longest known version of the song.
