bring on the strong stinky blue cheeses, i love brie, really mature cheddar, goats cheese, wenslydale, mozzarella
cheese with christmas cake is a stunning combination btw, pref with wenslydale

france is my idea of heaven when it comes to eating out and choosing the cheese platter....  drool  they have more types of cheese than days of the year!

Anyone tried Limburger?  It smells really bad, but I have not got up the nerve to try it. Someone told me it was actually very good. That it tastes better than it smelled. ( that was not really reassuring)

Great stuff. Probably my favorite combination.

For a killer sandwich, throw that on some Italian bread with some roasted red peppers, tomato & onion , then drizzle a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil on it.
