Normally I'd say trash but that was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. This tree had been cut off leaving about a 4 foot stump. You can tell the owner is pissed at the damage done to her tree but they don't want to remove the stump as the roots in the ground are helping to keep the hillside from washing away.

So this guy walks up with his chainsaw and says lets see what little animal is in here. Makes a few cuts, says it's an owl and starts cutting him out. In the end there is this huge owl over looking this lady's backyard.  Fit in really well with the whole landscape.

I looked for a picture of it but you have to watch the show on HGTV.  The people who did it have a web site but you were getting back into the trashy side of it with so much in one place.  One piece is cool but a bunch looks like shit.  And they painted some of the pieces.  I ask you does that look natural?

I do have a picture this morning though--lol.  You know I was working on this woodsie, peaceful image you could plop the 2006 tour Robin Finck into and my friend Lars comes a long with a piece only Buckethead could like!  Fine, I've got something for him.  We'll see who runs screaming out of the backyard first.

Some people wear pink t shirts.  Others wear brown shoes.

True and there's a place where pink t-shirts look good and a place where they don't.  And if you're creative, you can take anything and make it into something cool.  Amazes me what people come up with when I only saw trash.

But is it still art if it's brown?
