Probably downloading them and then using itunes to convert them to mp3.  To be honest you can disregard the 'dont convert to lossy' thing - If someone wants to convert and post it in mp3 is all good...

dont worry it hasnt - i recorded this and it has been released extensively in lossless form.  Hopefully people will still use this to listen but hey it's their choice
